Pre-Construction Services 
  • Site selection & analysis
  • Due diligence (zoning, easements, wetlands, soils, environmental)
  • Project scope development
  • Project budget development
  • Architect/Engineer/Contractor qualification & selection
  • Administer contract agreements with Architect & Contractor or Design/Builder
  • Manage planning meetings 
  • Design coordination
  • Review proposed designs to insure budget/cost control
  • Provide value engineering analysis
  • Assist as needed with Economic Development Association
  • Develop overall schedule for pre-construction & construction durations

  • Schedule training for Owner’s staff for building systems operation 
  • Approve final pay request & lien waivers
  • Coordinate delivery of O & M manuals and warranties
  • 11 month walk through before end of warranty period
